An outdoor patio, family-friendly event to showcase the library, local food and beverage vendors offering menu samples, beer, wine, and soft drinks, and other local businesses who have donated items for a silent auction. Live original music by Sacramento’s Proxy Moon will add to this festive opportunity for local residents and visitors to meet and mingle, eat, drink, and dance. All proceeds will go to the North Sacramento-Hagginwood Library.

Taste of North Sacramento is hosted by the Friends of the North Sacramento-Hagginwood Library who support programs, provide resources, and publicize services at this local branch of the Sacramento Public Library through book giveaways in partnership with local charities like Potter’s House and Vida de Oro. The event is sponsored by Sacramento City of Festivals, the North Sacramento Chamber of Commerce, the Del Paso Blvd Partnership, the Woodlake Neighborhood Association, MG Linen Services, and Iceland Skating Rink along with participating local businesses and their generous donations.
