Come out to the Central Library for a panel of Sacramento women leaders as they discuss the history and current trajectory of the role of women in Sacramento politics. The group will include former mayor Heather Fargo, immediate past president of the Sacramento League of Women Voters Brenda Main, Elizabeth Holloway, Laurie Hensley, and author of the 2021 We Can Do This! Sacramento’s Trailblazing Political Women and the Community They Shaped, Christine Hunter. The discussion will be moderated by librarian Jennifer Harmonson.
The program is facilitated by the Sacramento Room. It will be held at Central Library's West Meeting Room.
