From the Old Barn which they lovingly moved from the base of the original water tower to the seed bank built of walls made of fruit drying trays that are historic to the area, they are weaving history into each moment. The fields are nourished by compost cultivated onsite from the kitchen scraps and garden clippings furthering their commitment to this land.

They aspire to inspire guests through intentional design and practices and to spread awareness about sustainability.

Join them for a tour of The Farm at Park Winters where you will learn about our farming and composting techniques and what we grow each season. Depending on what’s in season, you’ll experience new growth, mid-growth and seed harvesting. While they mostly grow seasonal flowers, they also grow some fruits and vegetables that are used for their farm to table experiences.
