-Ahi tuna in fried garlic and shallot chili oil with Persian cucumbers and wakame seaweed on wonton crisps
-Japanese curry with rutabaga and rainbow carrot with rib tips seasoned calrose rice.
-Togarashi Tri Tip with Yuzu Miso drizzle served in Napa cabbage
-Dango: a grilled glutinous rice treat (similar to mochi) in sweet soy glaze paired with a black sesame cookie ball
