Join Uptown Studios and The Children's Receiving Home of Sacramento's Head Chef/Nutritional Guru Andreya Hernandez for a day of food prep, and drinks and meet some new friends!

It is all planned out for you, 10 meals, four servings of each planned meal, and a bottle to take home. They are planning to host this type of event on a recurring monthly basis and would love some feedback. Samples of some menu items for tasting along with other brunchy treats. Food stations will be set up for everyone to work together on prepping the meals while enjoying each other's company.

Meals:
Meal one - Asian Style Turkey Burgers with Soy Glazed Green Beans, a 4 pack of wheat buns, fingerling potatoes, compound butter for roasting, and gochujang mayo for dipping - Gluten-Free options available
Meal two - Basil Pesto Pasta Bake with Cajun Shrimp & Salad*, Gluten-Free noodle option available - Family Style
Meal three - Sloppy Joe with Sweet Potato Fries, A 4 pack of wheat buns, or a 12 pack of slider rolls, Gluten-Free options available
Meal four - Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos with Mexican Corn Hard or soft corn shells available
Meal five - Turkey Meatloaf with Mash Potatoes & Broccoli - Family Style
Meal six - Chicken Enchiladas over Spanish rice & Salad * - Family Style
Meal seven - Pulled Pork Sliders with Seasoned Yukon Potatoes, Slaw Mix*- Package of 12 Hawaiian Rolls, Gluten--Free option available
Meal eight - Classic Lasagna with Garlic bread twists and Salad * - Gluten-Free Pasta bake option available - Family Style
Meal nine - Roasted Lemon Pepper Chicken over Rice Pilaf with Vegetable Medley
Meal ten - Meatball Subs with Asparagus & Mixed Peppers, fingerlings with compound butter for roasting, or Potato salad - Gluten-Free rolls upon request
