Join Sacramento Art Classes on Thursday mornings for a super-fun, free, loose, exploratory, creative expression of art journaling in your own blank book. You will work with watercolors, acrylics, pastels, stencils, collage, and more as you create page after page of mixed media explosions. Absolutely no experience is necessary, but you will need specific supplies. And while you're at it, start collecting old holiday cards, quotes, photos, magazine images, junk mail, wrapping paper, napkins and other "save-able junk".

Learn, visit and share in this ZOOM class. Be "virtually" together while being socially distant. Instruction will include demonstration, work time, and live Q&A. You will be able to show me your work in progress and ask questions when you need to. You will also receive a recorded video of the weekly classes so you can review techniques we learned in class.

Supplies:
-A mixed media or watercolor journal or an old book that you will alter
-Acrylic and/or watercolor paints
-Soft gel medium (glue)
-Modeling paste
-stencils
-Permanent black markers like Sharpies, Ultra Fine Sharpies or Microns
-White gel pen or paint marker
-Pencil
-Junk mail
-Magazines
-Old greeting cards
-Wrapping paper or scrap book paper or any patterned paper
-Paint brushes
-Old gift card to use as a scraper
