This retreat is open to all levels of practice; those new to mediation are especially welcome.
Meditation, Mindfulness, Living Well: A Three-Day Retreat for people with busy lives.
The retreat will focus on the development of six different qualities of mind and heart, the paramis, that are powerful resources for living well, problem solving and transformation. Each session will include a discussion, a guided meditation and practical suggestions for integrating each quality into daily life.
Each day will have a short morning and short afternoon session. Each session will consist of a talk, a meditation and ending with sharing and questions.
