Join Lauren and Miranda from Groundwork for a workshop exploring foot health!

In this workshop, you will learn some simple exercises to stretch and strengthen your feet. We will discuss the reasons behind the movements and the importance of mobility from the ground up!

Then we will explore barefoot and minimal footwear as it relates to strong and healthy feet. You will learn methods for correctly measuring your feet and tips on choosing the right footwear.

We will have a selection of barefoot shoes to purchase and/or try on!
