American Spring is Symphony d'Oro's end of season concert, where you can enjoy the depth and unique quality of American music including Aaron Copland’s stunning Quiet City and rollicking Hoe Down, traditional American folk tunes, the rich jazz sound of Duke Ellington’s band, and a special arrangement of the Overture to In Dahomey from the first musical composed by and performed by black musicians and actors on Broadway.
