SPEAKER(s): Sacramento’s Chinatown and Japantown. Sacramento had a thriving Chinatown and Japantown during different periods of the city’s history. Where were they located? When did they thrive? What are their legacies? What prompted the rise, flourishing and demise of these ethnic communities?
