This year’s Sacramento Zombie Walk is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 29th and will include the Carnival of the Dead and an outdoor screening of George Romero’s 1968 zombie classic Night of the Living Dead. The Carnival will take place at Roosevelt Park and will feature live music, food trucks, professional make-up stations, zombie sports, dancing, carnival games, vendors, contests, prizes, and much more. The Walk will infiltrate the exciting R Street Corridor, then return to the park for the film.
Event organizers are working closely with city officials and local businesses to keep this event safe, fun, and free for zombies and spectators of all ages!
