St. John’s Lutheran Church in midtown is partnering with neighboring L Street businesses for a “Trick-or-Treat L Street” event. Individuals and families of all ages are invited to trick-or-treat dozens of restaurants and businesses on L Street from 16th - 19th Street, collecting stamps from each business in a special passport, concluding at St. John’s Lutheran Church for a special ending prize.

With the influx of new businesses, such as Pazza Notte and ManeAura, this neighborhood event invites community members to engage with and experience the charm of L street in midtown. Goodwill, Pressed Coffee and Records, Old Soul Coffee Shop, and Nudge Eco Store are just a few of the dozen businesses participating in the trick-or-treat event.

Free parking will be available in the St. John’s Lutheran Church parking garage, located on the corner of K and 18th street, until 2:30 p.m. Trick-or-treating will begin and conclude at St. John’s Lutheran Church, located at 1701 L Street, where participants will be given a map of participating businesses and a special treat. This family-friendly event is open to people of all ages, costumes are encouraged!
