City of Sacramento staff are inviting residents to join the Earth Day clean-up and beautification events on April 6 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at locations citywide:

Arcade Creek at Del Paso Regional Park (3185 Longview Dr.)
Ninos Parkway Grassland (at Edmonton Dr.)
Sacramento Marina (2710 Ramp Way)
Miller Regional Park (Marina View Dr.)
Argonaut Park (1402 Dickson St.)
Artivo Guerrero Park (6000 61st St.)
Danny Nunn Park (6920 Power Inn Rd.)
Bill Conlin Sports Complex (7895 Freeport Blvd.)
Manuel E. Silva Park (7511 24th St.)
The event is open to individuals or groups. Minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Volunteers should wear sunscreen and closed-toe shoes, and bring their own water. Tools for trash pick-up and beautification activities will be provided.
*Note: Pre-registration is not required to participate. Volunteers who have not pre-registered will be required to fill out a waiver form at the site before porticipating. Once you arrive, look for the volunteer site lead to complete your form and receive direction.
