Nevada County’s Sustainable Food and Farm Conference will once again bring together a diverse panel of speakers, farming related businesses, and organizations for a weekend full of informative lectures, a food and farming exposition, plus numerous workshops for all levels of farming and ranching.

On Friday, tour the only certified biodynamic mushroom farm in the county, a 5th generation Nevada County grass fed, hormone and antibiotic-free cattle ranch, and a ranch with free range pork, grass fed lamb and beef, and naturally grown produce. Enjoy lunch at Three Forks Bakery and Brewing Co.

On Saturday, you'll learn from keynote speakers and afternoon in-depth breakout sessions. There will be presentations by mushroom scientist and visionary Paul Stamets, sustainable rancher Gabe Brown, and rock star market gardener Jean-Martin Fortier. 

On Sunday, you can choose from 20 food and farming workshops by local and regional experts. Topics include grazing management, cheese making, natural beekeeping, selling wholesale, raising fruit crops, drought proofing, and more.
