Horse Cow Culture Factory is an educational facilitator fostering a collaboration of arts, industry, and community. Through training in the fine and industrial arts, Horse Cow Culture Factory acts to promote creative expression, innovative design, and the re-use (re-purposing) of materials and energy, while serving as an accessible arts venue for the residents of the Sacramento and Foothills (Placerville) region.
