A 501(C)(3) non-profit organization committed to the development and promotion of quality performing, cinematic and visual arts that enhance the cultural life of the Bi-County Community. We are currently renovating the Sutter Theater on Plumas Street in Yuba City to create a Performing Arts and Community Center.
