Edible Sac High provides students with a unique set of skills that arms them with the ability to embark on a lifetime of healthy choices and a heightened awareness of the importance of food equity. The integrated curriculum focuses on three primary activities: a school garden, a kitchen classroom, and a student-run cafeteria, allowing students to learn through a truly comprehensive farm to table experience. A blueprint of the program will be shared with high schools across both the state of California, and the nation.
