Triumph Cancer Foundation, a Sacramento-based local nonprofit who provides Triumph Fitness, a 12-week fitness program, to cancer survivors to help them in regaining strength and stamina after treatment. Triumph Fitness is offered at no cost to adult cancer survivors in the metro area.

It is the only program of its kind in the area and is life-changing to a cancer survivor.
