The United Filipino Care Providers and Caregivers, Inc. (UFil) is a 501(c)6 nonprofit mutual benefit corporation formed to:

• Promote cooperation among all care providers and caregivers in the State of California serving the vulnerable members of the community including the frail elderly, intellectually disabled clients and medically fragile children;
• Encourage quality service; to find business and job opportunities for all its members through provision of plans;
• Provide public advocacy on behalf of the members at the local and state levels of government; and to
• Make available training and continuing education in essential aspects of the care giving industry.
