Gabby Jack Ranch strives to accept all qualified disabled applicants and provide service dogs to them on a sliding scale based on financial needs. The nonprofit's funding is provided in part from the sale of service quality dogs, comfort dogs and pet puppies, and through generous donations and financial sponsorships from individuals and corporations.

The nonprofit also offers a special program for US veterans called Homefront Dogs.
