The Elk Grove End of Watch Fund (EOW) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that assists the families of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty, law enforcement employees experiencing tragedies, senior citizens during the holidays, and patients receiving chemotherapy as part of their treatment.
