The Downtown Sacramento Partnership is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the improvement of Sacramento’s central business district. Downtown Partnership oversees maintenance, safety, and revitalization programs for its six districts: Civic Center, Convention & Theater, Entertainment, The Kay, Capitol Mall and Old Sacramento Waterfront.
