Francis House is a non-profit serving the needs of the homeless community & those in crisis. The Family Rescue program provides motel rooms for seven days and food vouchers to four homeless families every week. This is small compared to the growing numbers of homeless on the streets, but huge for the families who have a chance to turn things around. The Career Center continues to assist more than 100 clients weekly with resume development and job searches while the Direct Service Department supports more than 250 people weekly with I.D., transportation, birth certificates, advocacy, and assistance with local resources.
