The American Red Cross Capital Region Chapter is your local Red Cross chapter dedicated to helping people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. The Capital Region Chapter serves an 11-county region including Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, El Dorado, eastern Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, and Yolo counties.
