The West Sacramento Community Orchestra is a volunteer organization that presents four free programs for the public per year. Incorporated in 1992 as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable/education organization, the West Sacramento Community Orchestra is a tax-exempt entity and contributions are tax deductible. The group is all volunteer. Contributions are used to provide the community free and low-cost performances.
