Teatro Nagual strives to produce programs that educate the community about the effectiveness of nonviolent change, community activism, and unity through innovative artistic endeavors.

The Teatro’s programming in the areas of education, arts, and culture; civic engagement; and nonviolence provide the casts, students, and audiences the knowledge and understanding necessary to maximize their inherent human potential for improving their lives, communities, and the world.

Modeled after César Chávez’s Ten Core Values, and taught via visual and performing arts programs, Teatro Nagual provides a functional framework for individuals and communities that touch at the heart of our nation’s concerns.
