Titanic’s Pantry is a pet food bank providing dog and cat food to Sacramento residents in their time of need. Sacramento’s Pet Food Bank is a collaboration between the City of Sacramento Animal Care Services, Sacramento County Animal Care and Regulation, Sacramento SPCA, and Happy Tails Pet Sanctuary.
