The Pence Gallery is a nonprofit art organization dedicated to displaying exemplary art in all media by local and regional artists. The Pence has a gift shop, which offers handmade arts and crafts. Annually, the Pence organizes 12 exhibits of solo artists at all levels in their careers, as well as group and thematic displays.

ArtSmart, a tour/hands-on project program for school groups, and KidsCreate, a drop-in family program, are offered in terms of education programs. Their Garden Tour & Art Auction are two annual fundraising events that offer support for the organization.
