CORE Contemporary Dance (formerly CORE Dance Collective) is a professional contemporary dance company based in the Sacramento region and comprised of performance artists with diverse dance backgrounds. The artistic vision of CORE is to express ideas, emotions, and responses to our audience in a manner that will both enrich and entertain. CORE is community-oriented and conducts workshops in community and school-based settings.

The purpose of CORE is to engage, entertain, educate, and promote the expression of our human experiences through movement. CORE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dance company.
