The Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op’s vision is to provide the benefits of natural foods and products, economic cooperation, and sustainable practices to as many people as possible in the communities we serve. The Co-op Community Learning Center is a venue to help us fulfill our purpose to be a trusted source of natural foods and products and a reliable source for consumer information. Our classes are unique and affordable; and you will notice several free classes offered each month.

Our program offers something for everyone — from our extensive cooking class program to health and well-being seminars to a variety of lectures and panel discussions — to educate our community about important food, family, health and environmental issues.

The Co-op is committed to supporting organic local family farms and small producers of high quality food. We will highlight these growers and producers in our specialty food tastings as well as featuring their organically grown ingredients in our cooking classes.
