The Event Services Office handles room reservations in the University Union for student organizations, University departments, and other related groups. Make use of the Union’s facilities for meetings, workshops, banquets, and other social activities. They’re staffed with knowledgeable professionals who will assist you in planning and coordination of your event.

Catering may be arranged with the University Union food service providers. A current list of catering services is available through the Event Services Office. Outside caterers are not permitted to cater events in the University Union.
