The Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science offers one-of-a-kind educational opportunities that link wine and food science to artistic, culinary, cultural, and historical practices. UC Davis Extension and the UC Cooperative Extension use the institute as a host for its wine and food continuing education courses. Educational components associated with the winery, brewery, and food science laboratory draw thousands of visitors annually to the Robert Mondavi Institute. It is also home to the UC Davis Department of Viticulture & Enology.
