For over 72 years, the Women’s Civic Improvement Center of Sacramento, Inc. (WCIC), has provided programs, services, and activities geared toward meeting the needs of Sacramento’s low-income communities. WCIC was formally organized in 1936 and incorporated in 1945. WCIC’s program emphasis has and continues to be directed toward the development of responsible citizens through community participation.

The building includes a multi-purpose room, meeting room, and kitchen facility, and is available for rental.
