The Lotus Garden Meditation Center welcomes you into a tranquil world amidst waterfalls, lush trees, koi ponds, and lotus gardens. A serene and peaceful atmosphere awaits. Classes and programs will provide you the tools to improve the quality of your life.

All classes are on a drop-in basis. No need to make a reservation. Wear comfortable clothing. Any props needed for class are provided. If you are coming to yoga for the first time, please allow 10-15 minutes to register.  It’s ideal to come to yoga on an empty stomach…at least 1.5 to 2 hours after eating!
