Enotria Restaurant and Wine Bar has built a reputation for outstanding food, gracious service, and an extraordinary wine list for over fourteen years. Executive Chef Pajo Bruich has created an exciting menu focused on accessible seasonal products from the Sacramento and Northern California region, utilizing relationships with local producers. Accompanying Chef Bruich in the kitchen is Sous Chef Stan Moore and Executive Pastry Chef Edward Martinez. The menu features both a la carte and prix fixe options, showcasing Chef Bruich’s creativity, artistry, and modern culinary techniques. Wine Director and Certified Sommelier Matthew Lewis has created the perfect wine pairing for each dish, pulling from Enotria’s extensive, international wine selection.

The restaurant has two separate dining areas joined by a beautiful enclosed garden courtyard. Additionally, the popular wine bar offers an innovative small plates menu with a broad selection of cheeses and house made charcuterie–perfect to enjoy with the wine flights and the over thirty wines by the glass. Enotria’s beverage menu offers a wide-ranging list of artisanal craft beers, inventive handcrafted cocktails, single malt scotches, and locally roasted coffee and espresso from Sacramento’s own Chocolate Fish Coffee.
