Rancho Cordova Library

Rancho Cordova Library

Serving Rancho Cordova since 1959, the library has occupied its present building since September 1975. Thanks to a generous bequest from the Anne Richardson estate, the library was remodeled over a period of three months and reopened its doors in February 2010.

The collection includes over 80,000 books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, and audio books and there are over 36,000 library cardholders in the Rancho Cordova area. They have books and magazines available in Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese for adults and children.

The library has 15 Adult/Teen Internet stations, three Kids Internet stations, one AWE station for kids, and five library catalog computers. The meeting room is available for use through sign-up by community groups.
