Visual artist Christina Seely discusses her work in this engaging lecture & presentation.

Artist Christina Seely’s work focuses on global systemics and aims to use tools of human comprehension to help a public register the abstract complexities of climate change. Seely will be discussing work from her recent show at Euqinom, "Terra Systema Momentum," which combines work from the projects, "Next of Kin" and "Terra Systema." Seely's celebrated work, "Lux," was published as a monograph under the same title by Radius Books and The Museum of Contemporary Photography in Chicago in 2015.
This event is one in a series of lectures and exhibitions organized by the Sacramento State Department of Design in participation with Photography Month Sacramento.
