Sacramento RiverTrain's Farm to Fork Dinner returns for its second year! Guests will have the opportunity to sample local cheeses and wines while enjoying music en route to Del Rio Botanical Farms. Upon arrival, the group will move into the Red Barn for some tastings of local fare, and tour the farm grounds.

Menu includes:
-Panzanella Salad featuring Del Rio lettuces, heirloom cherry tomatoes and Armenian cucumbers, red onions, croutons, and sherry vinaigrette
-Grilled Petaluma chicken breast, Del Rio arugula and caponata made with Suzanne’s eggplant, squash, tomatoes and peppers
-Del Rio figs and persimmons foster, bay leaf whipped cream, shortbread cookies

Robb "Rossi" Venditti is the chef/owner of Rossi Catering, a seasonally inspired, chef operated boutique style catering company in Sacramento, California. He works closely with each customer to create an exciting menu to fit their needs. He focuses on local and seasonal freshness, with a New American approach to the classics of France, Italy, the Southwest and more.
