The Art and Science of Cheesemaking: Vegan Parmesan

Vegan parmesan is strikingly similar to dairy parmesan in both look and taste. Using just a few raw ingredients you can culture your own vegan parm at home. Join Winters Cheese Co. cheesemaker Sacha Laurin for an expert tutorial on making your own artisan cashew parm to take and age at home.

Sacha Laurin from the Winters Cheese Company will instruct.

This is a hands on vegan cheesemaking class. Students will enjoy a sampling of vegan cheeses, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students Age 21 and over.
