Making vegetables the stars of your plate is a gateway to good health. The class will explore the best of the season and discover delicious and easy methods for cooking stand-out vegetable dishes from blanching and roasting to grilling and sautéeing. This menu includes marinated green beans; roasted root vegetables; sautéed summer squash; grilled eggplant; pickled beets; charred bell peppers, and lots of other delicious ideas!

This is a demonstration-style class with a vegan menu. Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those Age 21 and over.
