National Senior Health and Fitness Day at the YMCA

Presented by YMCA of Superior California at Sacramento Central YMCA

The Sacramento Central YMCA is inviting all Seniors (Ages 65+) to visit the Y and try any Group Fitness Classes free on National Senior Health and Fitness Day!

Simply show your ID and sign the participation waiver to join any of 17 Group Fitness Classes that day, on land or in the water.

Schedule:
-5:40am-6:30am: Bootcamp (Studio A)
-7am-7:45am: Cycling (Studio B)
-8am-9am: Community Tai Chi (Gymnasium)
-8am-8:50am: Yoga -- Hatha Vinyasa (Studio A)
-9:30am-10:20am: Head to Toe (Gymnasium)
-9:30am-10:20am: Strength and Stability (Studio A)
-10:30am-11:15am: Water Exercise -- Arthritis (Pool)
-10:30am-11:20am: Intro to Line Dancing (Studio B)
-10:30am-11:20am: Silver Sneakers Classic (Studio A)
-11:30am-12:20pm: Hula for Health (Studio A)
-12:30pm-1:20pm: Step Aerobics (Studio A)
-1:15pm-2:15pm: Water Exercise -- Water Movement (Pool)
-4:30pm-5:20pm: Yoga -- Gentle Hatha (Studio A)
-5:30pm-6:20pm: Zumba (Studio A)
-6:30pm-7:20pm: Bootcamp (Studio A)
-7pm-8pm: Water Exercise -- Heart Healthy (Pool)
-8pm-9:30pm: Tai Chi (Studio A)
