Presented by Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op and Farm to Fork Capital at Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op Community Learning Center and Cooking School

If you can't help but go crazy over precious stone fruits at this time of year, join The Sacramento Food Co-op's canning expert to learn how to preserve the best of the season. In this class you will learn the technical know-how to preserve summer’s bounty. Attendees will can fresh peaches; a mixed stone fruit jam, and enjoy a peach rosemary shrub.

This is a hands-on class with vegetarian-friendly recipes.

Join us in the store after class to meet the local stone fruit farmers who supply the Co-op with the best farm-to-fork fruit in the region. You'll be able to taste the best of the season and take home your favorite stone fruit to practice your canning with.
