Sacramento Japanese United Methodist Church (SJUMC)

The Sacramento Japanese United Methodist Church (SJUMC) is a lively and growing congregation of about 600 members. It is one of the oldest Japanese American congregations in Northern California, yet its current membership includes people of all ages and of diverse ethnic backgrounds. This community of worship and fellowship offers various opportunities for spiritual growth, community services and provides a safe and encouraging environment for Christian fellowship and friendship. The church continues to uphold the heritage of the founders, but also develop multi-faceted ministries to serve the needs of all peoples.

    8th Annual Sacramento Japanese Film Festival Crest Theatre 8th Annual Sacramento Japanese Film Festival Presented by Sacramento Japanese United Methodist Church (SJUMC) at Crest Theatre July 13-July 15, 2012 The Sacramento Japanese Film Festival began as a one day festival, Japanese Movies at the Crest, in 2005. In 2010 it grew to a three-day festival with five films. Come out this year to see what's in store.
