Chantill is a movement explorer, educator, and mentor and has made a 20-year career teaching yoga, Pilates, meditation, dance and many other forms of movement. Chantill is a Master Pilates, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher, and teacher of teachers. Her unique approach to the body is based on an extensive study of biomechanics and anatomy, the Feldenkrais and Franklin Methods, Authentic Movement, and the Halprin Life/Art Process. Chantill is also the founder of the education company, Skillful Teaching, the creator of the Thinking Pilates Podcast and various workshops for yoga and Pilates teachers around the world, as well as author of the book “Moving Beyond Technique”. She lives in Sacramento, CA and teaches all over the Bay Area.
