Intensive Painting Workshop

Deep dive into painting, and discover a variety of paint types and how they appear on different surfaces. Students will learn brush techniques while experimenting with a variety of subject matter, then apply their skills to develop a landscape, cityscape, seascape, and abstract self-portrait.

About the instructor:
Patris left the education profession in 2004 to pursue her art full time. She has recently been juried into several national plein air painting competitions and her work is in many private and public collections. She served on the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission and is a member of the California Art Club, the Laguna Plein Air Painters Association, and Landscape Artists International.
