We will find out more about how Greer got into this profession and how this exhibit came about in a Zoom Conversation with the photographer. The Exhibit will also have photos from the Murals done in Paradise California, after the devastating “Camp Fire” by Shane Grammer. Grammer will talk about how going to Paradise and painting those murals changed his life.
Help Fire and Burn victims – Fill the Boot for Burns Fundraiser! The MACC will have two Saturday drive-thru days on March 6 and 13 at the MACC. We will be taking donations in the Gallery throughout the Exhibit from March 4-20. Come by and see the exhibit, have lunch with ZintZuni Cocina Mexicana on March 6th in the parking lot, and support the Firefighter Burn Institute.
Schedule:
-March 3 (6pm): Zoom Lecture with Shane Grammer talking about his experience doing the murals in Paradise CA after the Camp Fire.
-March 6 (11am-4pm): Drive-thru Donations for “Fill the Boot for Burns” in the parking lot as well as Food Truck Zintzuni Cocina Mexicana (11am-2pm)
-March 13 (11am-4pm): Drive-thru “Fill The Boot for Burns” Kids get a fireman’s hat.
-March 16 (6pm): Zoom Lecture with Photographer Kari Greer, Facing the Inferno.
