The Midtown Association is proud to announce a new season of Movies at the Fort happening this summer on the exterior grounds of Sutter’s Fort State Historic Park. The fun, free, and open-air movie program is presented by the Sutter District restaurants and Sutter Health and in partnership with California State Parks and Friends of Sutter’s Fort.
It is important to note that this is a modified event that will adhere to state, county, and local health guidelines during the ongoing pandemic. There will be circles on the grass to mark six feet of distance between guests which are required to be from the same household. In addition, there will be assigned seating. While the CDC recently announced its new guidelines for fully vaccinated people, the public is urged to remain vigilant, continue public health prevention measures and recreate responsibly.
The film line-up for the 2021 “Movies at the Fort” in Midtown’s Sutter District is as follows:
-Saturday, June 12: Captain Marvel – SOLD OUT
-Saturday, July 10: Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood – SOLD OUT
-Saturday, August 14: Up
Note: Masks are required unless eating/drinking.
