Sacramento Old City Association (SOCA) is an all volunteer organization whose members devote their time to increasing public awareness of the historic and cultural resources of the city and to advocating policies that ensure a quality urban environment that is respectful of Sacramento’s historic buildings and traditional neighborhoods. SOCA promotes actions that preserve and enhance the quality of life for Central City residents, businesses, and visitors, and works to increase public awareness of the irreplaceable historic, architectural, and cultural resources of the Central City.

  1. I am a member of Pioneer Church. We just refurbished the labyrinth that was a project of the "Midtown Labyrinth Project" in 1996. A coalition of churches, medical centers, and Midtown businesses raised over $100,000 to fund the labyrinth.I found a certificate from the Sacramento Old City Association Architectural Awards for Urban Landscapes in our historical files. Any idea what year that was?
