6th Annual International Kid's Festival

During the last five years, thousands of families from diverse backgrounds have gathered in sunny Sacramento, California the last weekend of May to inspire children to make healthy choices, live in harmony with nature and celebrate a world of diverse cultures! At this event children learn with excitement and inspire hope for a brighter tomorrow that they will shape. Every year, we are happy to illuminate the melting pot of our multicultural community in Sacramento. Children from Russian, Asian, Latin, Indian and African-Americanheritage put on creative performances that inspire pride and represent their cultures. The International Kid's Festival also showcases the forward thinking leaders and organizations in our community who support us in educating the world’s future leaders, our kids!

The festival gets prime attention by such local and national media giants as Sacramento Bee, Crossings TV, KCRA3 and immigrant community media (Russian Observer newspaper, Russian Time magazine, The Latino Journal, World Journal Asian Newspaper, Russian Yellow Pages, Sac Cultural Hub Urban Entertainment, Lapulga Marketing, D'Primera Mano Magazine, etc). The 2010 Festival will take place in the heart of Sacramento at historic William Land Park. We hope you can join us in our mission to inspire children to make healthy choices, live in harmony with nature, appreciate diversity and learn with excitement. This is our chance to brighten tomorrow by acting today.

    I've been taking my family to this event for three years now. It's a great way to celebrate the end of school without driving somewhere or spending lots of money. They had an amazing stage program... Expand
    
    I've been taking my family to this event for three years now. It's a great way to celebrate the end of school without driving somewhere or spending lots of money. They had an amazing stage program with lots of professional dance groups last year; my daughter is five and she loved it so much she asked me to enroll her into a dance studio!!! She's been dancing for almost a year now:) Love this event! Collapse
