Add Review/Comment
Based on the popular children's book, a musical adventure about the spirit of giving for the entire family. Featuring a cast of adults and youth, this holiday show is all about the spirit of giving and will touch the hearts of all ages.
It is the story of a mystical old woman, who lives in the Blue Misty Mountains, making quilts for the poor and needy. When a greedy king hears of her beautiful creations, he commands that she present him with a quilt... for his birthday! But she refuses, since her gifts of warmth are only for those in need. Thus begins their struggle which ends when the King realizes what joy there is in giving things away.
Featuring Kitty Czarnecki as The Quiltmaker, Sean Nill as The King, Rollin Coxe as The Old Man, Jackson Margolis as The Child, and Derek Dozier, Garrick Sigl, Delaney Kelleher, Grace Stanley, and Olivia Smith in the chorus.
